It's certainly a choice to have a carveout preventing the flexing of these extra spaces for the general public use.

This is only a one-time fee, while expanding it to public access would trigger continuing taxation for the city's, county's, and state's general funds.

This news clip was more concerned about teaching drivers how to avoid citations for not clearing snow off their vehicles than it was about the well-being of the victim.

And the driver wasn't even cited for not clearing the snow off his vehicle.

TTC's heavy rail is also almost entirely underground.

Chicago has more stations in the middle of a freeway than in a tunnel, plus we elevated the majority of ours so you can experience More Wind™️.
