I find Your Party's frequent use of AI very illuminating. Because when they talk about workers, they clearly do not include in that a large number of Arts sector and 'knowledge' workers. I suspect they regard them with contempt. Which is one of the many reasons they are not going to get far.

You know what, I think the MAGA inspired far-right could be over playing their hand on the BBC. They could end up uniting liberals & socialists behind the cause of protecting it in a fascinating way.

Holy Moly! I find myself entirely agreeing with Alastair Campbell!?

So the right winger who was appointed to lead the BBC to appease the hard right wingers has been driven out for failing to appease the hard right wingers ... who of course can never be appeased.

I wonder if they should stop trying to appease the hard right wingers?

I'm not gonna post a picture of @bradfordoperafest.bsky.social 's banging new set for The Last Machine Breaker, but I can tell you that we've thrown plenty of metallic silver paint at it.

Look I am just saying that if we simply threw women, Black folks, immigrants, LGBTQ people, Muslims and other minorities under the bus we could go back to discussing the class-based white people politics that I, a white male pundit, am most comfortable discussing. Is that so hard?

Interesting article. He's a bit wishy-washy liberal, & therefore squeamish about taxing rampant capitalism. But, the argument about Labour's missed opportunity to reboot the narrative, & sense of social contract on the purpose of tax, is bob-on. Worth a look.

It seems that the press want to highlight everything Farage says & thinks, but are mysteriously silent when one of his inner circle is caught taking bribes from Russia.
There seems to be some *confusion*
among Reform supporters over Nathan Gill being one of them

“But, but, Reform didn’t exist when he took his Russian bribes”

“But, but he was in UKIP”

“But, but it has nothing to do with Farage, he barely knew the guy”

So here’s a little history lesson 👍🏼🧵
