Decent run through of English case law on contractual exclusion clauses & CPR 24.2 in Pinewood Technologies Asia Pacific Ltd v Pinewood Technologies PLC where reverse summary judgment is granted in favour of the Defendant, restricting damages to 0.05% of those claimed.
