Every few years I remind people of the Neuroscience Peer Review Consortium (nprc.incf.org). It's great! You submit your neuroscience paper to a journal, and if they don't want to publish it, you can choose to reuse the reviews at a different journal. Strong recommend.

It's hard to overstate how awesome it is to post your course lectures to youtube. If you wish the field was better at statistics, experimental design, model fitting etc., improving access to info is essential. I wonder how many people have covid era recorded zoom lectures buried on a hard drive
