During finals week, I rely filling meals to keep me energized and focused. In the morning, I go for overnight oats with chia seeds and for lunch, a quick veggie stir-fry with tofu. While studying I snack on carrots with spicy hummus. These meals are simple and nutritious. @beh353.bsky.social #beh353

I learned from James Corden's video that leptin, a hormone, can impact obesity. People often assume obesity is due to laziness or poor habits, but genetics, medications, and hormones can play roles too. It's important to approach this with empathy and understanding. @beh353.bsky.social #beh353

One challenge I face is finding time to plan, shop, and prepare healthy meals. With a busy schedule, I often turn to processed foods, like frozen meals. Meal prepping on weekends has helped me eat healthier, but I still struggle during weeks when I can't prep in advance. @beh353.bsky.social #beh353
