I really like your approach—it's so important to promote reliable, evidence-based information, especially with how much misinformation is online. Encouraging small, healthy changes in everyday interactions can really add up and make a big difference over time! @beh353.bsky.social #beh353

I love that approach—easy, customizable meals are key during stressful weeks. Dumplings and sandwiches can definitely be nutritious with the right fillings. It’s all about keeping it simple without sacrificing energy or focus. @beh353.bsky.social #beh353

Hi Mahi! This is a great article to share, it explains the importance of portioning and balancing food items from different food groups. I also think the images provided give readers a good idea of how much they should eat from each food group. @beh353.bsky.social #beh353

Creating a supportive environment is extremely beneficial to clients since it encourages and motivates them to build healthy habits. I also agree that focusing on being respectful is just as important because it builds trust between a provider and their client. @beh353.bsky.social #beh353

Hi Kylie! I totally agree! James Corden’s video shows why empathy is so important. Socioeconomic factors can play a big role in health, and there are so many factors that contribute to obesity. It’s important to consider those challenges before jumping to conclusions. @beh353.bsky.social #beh353

Hi Kylie! This challenge is particularly difficult for me during exam weeks. I often spend most of my day studying, and by the time I'm ready to eat, I end up reaching for something quick and convenient. Unfortunately, this usually means opting for unhealthy food choices. @beh353.bsky.social #beh353

Hi Celine! It was interesting to learn about how there have been multiple studies and research done to show that there may not be as many benefits to vitamins as people think there are. In fact, vitamins may actually be harmful especially if taken in high doses. @beh353.bsky.social #beh353

An interesting read! Caffeine is such a common part of daily life, yet many people don’t fully understand its effects. Having a well-rounded resource to guide patients on safe consumption and potential impacts is so valuable! @beh353.bsky.social #beh353
