I’m taking most social media off my phone. I’ll check it now and then on rhe web, but I need to force a break from the doomscrolling. It’s been a horrendous 2 weeks for anyone with kindness and empathy in their hearts. Worse than I ever thought.

My midsection has definitely gotten bigger than I’m used to, and I’m not sure how I feel about that. But I do like looking overall bigger!

This is obviously an insignificant bummer in the grand scheme of things: I have a Meta Quest 3 - great product. I was planning to buy the new Batman game which by all accounts is fantastic. Now, I can’t stand the thought of giving Zuckerberg more money. A tiny joy I was looking forward to :-(
