Kyoto, Japan. Wants to know more about history and culture here but not really getting into it 100% (more like 45%). Runs (slow) for mental health. She/her. 鴨川周辺に生息中。

Sunscreen nerd. Tinashe fan. Wastes way too much time on YouTube. Morning person. Hates crowds. Extroverted for the most part but needs a lot of alone time. Winter is the best season!
Went for a walk but can't wait to run. Took it easy today too. Eating healthy is so difficult especially portion control.

Post bike fall day 10(?) but finally went for a walk. A 10 minute walk! But it was so nice getting back in the habit of exercising even if it was so minute. Can't wait to love despite having some pain in my knees. I should take it slow tho

Right when I felt like I was at the peak of my fitness and diet, shit happened and got injured. It's now been 9 days since living a sedentary life and eating like shit. Gotta bounce back at least with my nutrition

Feeling alright. Still resting up. I should cut down on how much food I consume.

But hey, the plantar fasciitis I was griping about previously is non existent at the moment. I've been good with stretching religiously.

Day 8 of no running, resting up til this injury heals. I fell off a bike last Sat and fell on my knees and hands. Knees are bruised. Went to a doc on Tue and cray showed no bone fractures so that was good.

I used to draw so much. I had this strong drive to create art and it couldn't be stopped. But slowly it started to fade away. I hardly draw anymore. Is it age? Or is it because of medication that cures my mental instabilities?

Did my long run today. While tying my shoelaces i stopped my garmin, and then ran up a pretty challenging hill. Didn't notice that the garmin was paused until I reached the peak...2km of hard work was not recorded!! boo...

Feel like I sweat less when I don't workout.

Went to my first PT session ever. Had some mild plantar fasciitis and the dude pointed out that I have tight calves and weak glutes. I already feel like I'm on my way for a good recovery👍 Hoping to get back into running next week! But I have to remind myself: BABY steps! #running

Just when I thought I was doing well with running, I think I have mild plantar fasciitis. I mean I can still walk and do most of my daily activities but decided to take the past few days off. Tomorrow I have my first PT session. Should be good!

Attended a bunch of lectures today and took notes. Like really took notes. 30 something pages. That's probably way more than necessary and my right hand has called it a day.

I have a 6 hour long seminar I have to go to tomorrow. Looking forward to the content (Japanese art/paintings) but not looking forward to my right hand getting tired...

I did a long run on Sunday and even after 48+ hours I'm still exhausted. Hamstrings are sore. Overall very fatigued. I guess I'll try and sleep a lot tonight again.

Ran about 140km this month! I'm proud of myself getting back into running. One 10k run was tracked as a bike ride so oops. #running #slowrunner

Kinda gross. Was brushing my teeth and found something on my ear (maybe its called the concha?), but it was a dead BUG! Ew. Glad it didn't go IN my ear. EW.

Just went for a run and started my garmin as always. A few mins in, I realized something was off. The interface was different than usual. Why is it giving me km per hour instead of how many min per km? Why is it not giving me 1km lap alerts? Turns out I accidentally hit the bike mode... #running

I'm so proud of myself. I bought books! Used books! Actual physical books made of paper. Now let's hope I read them.
