Knees are still painful and I avoid walking as much as possible because I'm scared it might aggravate sth. I hate being this sedentary. Not being able to move dance run sucks ass.

I got plantar fasciitis last year around the same time so this is annoying. I'm hoping that the pt session will give me some direction as to how to go about running and stretching and strengthening.

Stretching but the fatigue never really goes away. On top of that for the past two weeks I moved my long runs from Sunday to Saturday. What a huge mistake. Going on a long run on a pretty fatigued body is not a good idea at all...

The cause? Probably walking a lot on Fridays, which includes a 45 minute walk going down hill with a heavy backpack. My posture or gait is probably not ideal and I wear shoes with minimal cushioning. After the day is over I have tight calves and sore feet. I try to alleviate it with some yoga and
