Similarly—in the U.S., I know there are horrible things happening to social safety net programs outside the U.S. too—how they intend to save money on Medicaid is explicitly "let people die instead of accessing the healthcare to which they are entitled".
Also I can already tell you that the bill they passed explicitly targets some of the poorest Disabled people by intentionally making it harder to get all the healthcare they're entitled to and counting on that to save $11 billion dollars.
A lot of people who keep saying “but people who are really disabled will be fine” are about to find out that “disabled” is a real schrodinger's cat type of label where you’re disabled for the purposes of elimination targeting and able-bodied for the purposes of benefits
