I found a manga called "Homage to Osamu Tezuka" and it was made shortly after Tezuka died. This is one page that especially stood out to me.

I found this listed on Yahoo! Japan Auctions, and hhhhhhhhhh, it has SO MANY Mangaka signatures!! But it's so EXPENSIVE *sob*

You know, the reason I was so surprised to find that Black Jack was Tezuka's alter Ego/ Opposite, is because I thought ROCK HOLMES was supposed to be Tezuka's opposite, especially in The Vampires.
They had a completely different reaction to Toppei, and they seemed like total opposites.
