<p>Boston police say that four of their officers were injured in the attack. </p>
<p>They charged 13 protestors, aged between 19 and 27, with disorderly conduct, resisting arrest and disturbing the peace.</p>
<p>The protestors are due to be arraigned on Wednesday and Thursday.</p>
