Fair! I am also diabetic so cannot really have sugary drinks. Which has likely lessened my taste for them.

Did not like the zero-sugar version. It was somehow too sweet.

The early-morning increases do seem paired with periods of insomnia & RLS but which causes which? So frustrating. 🤨
At least I’ll have some decent data to give to my endocrinologist in May. 🤷♀️ CGM average of 150 is hopeful.
