First inclusion loaf on my sourdough journey. Didn’t rise as much as I’d like, but the flavor is amazing. Jalapeño cheddar!

Slightly under done, but absolutely delicious.

@conepines.bsky.social has been teaching me how to make sour dough. This is the first loaf I have tried to make, with lots of help! One hour before we can cut into it!
