I did & I understand the theory of the science behind it
Hormones lay down on bone. The only hormone specific to pregnancy is HCg which only exists at the beginning (and was not part of the tiny study) Those they looked at, Testosterone, estrogen & progesterone, are always present. So it’s dubious

24 hour urine does sometimes have utility.
Be glad they didn’t order a 48 hour fecal fat.
I’ve yet to be able to explain the test method (it involves collecting in a paint can & a paint can shaker) without devolving into peals of laughter.
