I have a type of cancer that is treatable but incurable. My life literally depends on research and development of a drug that can someday be a cure. This is life-threatening for me and so many other patients that need life saving cancer care! Truly a soulless move by evil men. 💔
Termination notices going out this afternoon to more than 300 employees of the National Cancer Institute. Access likely ends today. Four weeks paid leave and that’s it.

I saw an apparent ICE arrest on my way to work today, and I’m just sick. Anyone who participates in this or supports this is a special kind of evil. He had a landscape type truck and trailer on his way to work, I’m sure. These people are human beings who just want to survive and live their lives.

It’s bizarre to be going through the world and seeing most people going about their lives like this is just another day, and the horror is so plain on my face people at work are asking if I am okay 🤦♀️. I am thankful for those of us that are in this together 💙, but I’m just sick at everyone else 💔

What are the most effective methods to energize the left? We need to have a super strong and effective resistance/revolution this time. How do we motivate people who want to disengage? We need to keep our voices strong, but we also need better strategies and leaders 💙

For many years now, I have always made sure that any potential partner is aligned politically, but I was less worried about my friends, as long as we had things in common. Now, no one is getting close to me unless I know how they voted. Sad that we are here but happy for my like minded 💙 friends!
