The Ludum Dare results are out! While my scores were lower than expected, The Final Descent reached 4,000 players with great feedback. It’s a reminder of the difference between jam voters and the broader audience. I'm proud I challenged myself and it paid off.

1,000+ players have tried "The Final Descent" , thank you! I planned to make a full version if downloads hit 500. You doubled that, so I’m now officially working on a commercial release! No timeline yet (day job life), but it’s happening. Follow for updates.

The Final Descent is a hardcore survival horror FPS taking place in an abandoned mine where you descent through different floors and scavenge for supplies.

It features crispy retro visuals and roguelite elements. 🧵

Manage your elevator and descent to dark mines, survive and reach the last floor. In my new game for @ludumdare.com game jam.

Even though final boss for my jam game "Social Bubble" was easiest enemy to make, (just a big mech bull head that rams to you and shoots barrage of projectiles) it worked perfectly as final reward and challenge.
