was feeling very down & drained all day but made myself take a shower and meet up with my friends anyway and now I'm still sad and melancholic but not in the all-encompassing as before so, yay 😊 friendship truly IS magic

started to try & get myself to do a non-screen hobby at least every other day and I didn't manage to do so today (mostly bc I am waiting for my clay to dry so that I can paint it) but tomorrow I will Succeed. Might even finally play some keyboard again after months of not touching it

reading cr c2 comments is tough out there for someone who mostly plays clerics....... the beauty of playing a cleric is that they can be anything they want and don't have to be a healer if the player doesn't want to be a healer, hope that helps!!

annoyed bc I offered to do something for my family FROM THE VERY START and everyone was like "no it's fine :) you don't have to :)" and now that the thing is approaching, it's actually not fine and I might need to do it after all, but with added difficulty bc it's super last minute. :)

Hey look, YouTube is doing a thing that no one asked for, benefits no one, wastes resources, reduces functionality, destroys original content, burdens infrastructure, and worsens the user experience all so they can push a false narrative about tech that fundamentally doesn't work the way they want.
Youtube has announced that all low-res videos (i.e. older ones) are to be automatically AI upscaled to HD.
Creators can opt-out on a per video basis (but the channel may be long abandoned).
When researching props or behind the scenes, old videos are useful, but not if upscaling produces artefacts.
