He has committed no crime and should not be imprisoned, but it's welcome news at least that an appeals court has upheld the appeal of Nigerian humanist Mubarak Bala, and his sentence will be reduced from 24 years in prison to five years. He was originally arrested for posting blasphemy on Facebook.
