As we see American cities overrun by masked men with little accountability the boom in private security post-2020 is a haunting lesson.

I think he needs to be educated about how to read graphs.
But seriously, the ability to produce work at a certain pace is a metric that could be measured, but the “pace” is pretty far ranging in most subjects. The accommodations for most kids is not that much extra time.
