we don't talk about this enough but ozone (the primary moderation tool) being as bad as it is likely is a significant contributing factor to how inconsistent moderation is on here because the whole design strips context. no account context, no thread context, no post context, etc. it's appalling.
i know back in my reddit mod days i was spoiled by RES and toolbox but when i took a look at ozone just for curiosity's sake i recoiled in fear and horror
