PennDOT is starting base repair work on WB U.S. 30 along the Coatesville-Downingtown Bypass. From Monday, November 17 through Friday, November 21, drivers should expect a lane closure between Route 340 and Business U.S. 30 from 9 AM to 3 PM and again from 7 PM to 5 AM.
