As 2025 comes to a close and we look ahead to 2026, I want to take a moment to reflect on the work my team and I have done both in Harrisburg and across the 44th District this past year.

🐾 Winter’s here—keep your pets safe! 🐾
✔️ Provide proper food, clean unfrozen water, and warm, dry shelter.
✔️ Dogs can’t be tethered outdoors for more than 30 mins if it’s under 32°F.
✔️ Seek vet care for any weather-related issues.

Neglecting pets isn’t just wrong—it’s illegal.

Yesterday, Rep. Dan Williams and I participated in Operation Vet Holiday 2025 at the Coatesville VA Medical Center, organized by Whitney Kalmbach. The event was a chance to spread some holiday cheer and, more importantly, recognize and uplift the women veterans who have served our country.

Trevor and I took in some of the Christmas festivities at one of our local favorites, Colonial Gardens, over the weekend. If you haven’t checked it out yet, it’s a great way to support a local business and enjoy a family-friendly Christmas event right here in SD44.

Yesterday, my team and I took some time to celebrate the holidays with mini golf and food at Netflix House. Working in the dome of corruption can sometimes feel like the Upside Down, but serving the people of Senate District 44 makes it all worth it.

My bill, the Pennsylvania Ratepayer Protection Act, is about standing up for residential consumers and creates a separate service class for large electric load customers so the full cost is not shifted onto families or small businesses.
