I've been reading about Heraclitus, famous for saying we can't step into the same river twice. A reason is that a river isn't a thing, isn't a fixed being—it's a process. "River" is a name we give to a flow. It's an event.
And in tonight's #meditation there was that same sense—the self is an event.
