I don't love it either, but I'm not sure how you tell a man that he should let his only surviving son rot in prison to respect norms, institutions, and the rule of law, when the country you devoted your life to serving just pretty comprehensively voted they don't give a shit about any of that.

I went back to London to celebrate my dad's 70th last week. On the way back we stopped at Carshalton Ponds to have a coffee with our oldest in The Grove. It was lovely seeing our oldest(24) and youngest(2) playing in the same park all of our kids enjoyed as babies. I'd forgotten how beautiful it is.

Since Musk took over Twitter the only posts I ever saw were from Right Wing commentators. On the day I left I got a starred notification about a post by Nigel Farage, a man I'd never followed. It's broken.
