I did another dumb!
There was barely any room for this thing but I managed to get it set up somehow.
A full HD 1080i CRT from the tail end of the technology's lifespan. Even has an HDMI input. Hell yeah
Hooked up my old ass laptop, 360, and phat PS3 to it lol

yeah and honestly not even just the quality of games themselves, the having to figure out how to scramble together an emulator for the first time + roms to play on it takes a modicum of effort and problem-solving skills

we need to encourage broke kids to pirate instead of play shitty "free" games, but actually
I genuinely think kids in the mid-to-late aughts growing up on emulators (read: piracy) may genuinely have been far, far healthier for the future of the industry than all the kids growing up on stuff like Roblox being the norm.
