One of the coolest things about publishing a book in Norway is that the gov will automatically buy 1k copies, 1.5K if its a children's book, these will then be distributed to all the libraries.

It takes a willingness to be open to opportunities you wouldn’t normally take, and the humility to take them….to become successful. Don’t let your initial prejudice get in the way of a golden opportunity.
