I've learned that self care isn't always mani, pedis, and mimosas. Sometimes it's doing the things I hate, like unloading the dishwasher and putting away the laundry, because I know having a clean space helps my mental health.

Highly recommend the bamboo ear swabs though!

When I was young I always thought of Miss Gulch from Wizard of Oz, and Mrs Lynde from Anne of Green Gables, as being on the same wave length.
They were both mean to a red haired orphan girl.
(I also always thought Dorothy's hair looked auburn in the movie).
