4 Performing Quantum Factorisation operations with a VIC-20 The VIC-20 was a popular home computer in the 1980s that used the then popular 6502 microprocessor from 1975. Since this processor uses transistors, and transistors work by using quantum effects, a 6502 is as much a quantum device as is a D-Wave “quantum computer”. The 6502 has three 8-bit registers, an 8-bit data bus, and a 16-bit address bus, giving it a 64 KiB address space. The VIC-20 had 20 KiB ROM and 5 KiB RAM, with 3.5 KiB available for applications, and features a roughly 1 MHz clock.

What safeguards will there be for the inevitable government overreach? What's the plan if a totalitarian government legally requests the removal of potentially lifesaving information? Abortion access information? LGBTQ content? Information useful to dissidents? Simple criticism of the regime?
Geography-specific labels In some cases, content or accounts may be allowed under Bluesky's Community Guidelines but violate local laws in certain countries. To balance freedom of speech with legal compliance, we are introducing geography-specific labels. When we receive a valid legal request from a court or government to remove content, we may limit access to that content for users in that area. This allows Bluesky's moderation service to maintain flexibility in creating a space for free expression, while also ensuring legal compliance so that Bluesky may continue to operate as a service in those geographies. This feature will be introduced on a country-by-country basis, and we will aim to inform users about the source of legal requests whenever legally possible.

I have discovered a flaw in the English language
A screenshot of Google Books Ngram Viewer showing a search for "autophallophilia". The search returned "No valid ngrams to plot!" and "Ngrams not found: autophallophilia". Now, I know I just made up a word that no one asked for or needed, and you're probably thinking "who cares," but hear me out: autogynephilia is a thing (allegedly) even though it affects (supposedly) approximately 0% of people, while nearly 100% of people with penises, even if they only had a temporary penis for 30 seconds, are just absolutely obsessed with it and can't stop playing with it. And, psychologically speaking, it seems like there's way more human behaviors that can be explained by autophallophilia than autogynephilia. There's some dumbass billionaire risking death in his giant dick rocket *right now.* Have you seen John Hancock's (haha, hand cocks) gravestone? Absolutely ridiculous levels of A.P.P. It's everywhere! Wake up, sheeple!

As an Adobe user, this is one of those statements that makes me go "either you're an idiot or a liar and I can't tell which is worse." I don't think I've had any positive experiences with Adobe products since like 2010.
