Good news: The leaves on the NE 65th St bike lanes were swept.
Bad news: I passed by the same block four times today, and each time, a different vehicle was blocking the bike lane.

I wonder if there is a published schedule for bike lane sweeping. There is one for main roadways, and I start to think they may just push the leaves to the bike lanes: experience.arcgis.com/experience/6...

Wow that’s kind of scary. The rest of the loop will be a good candidate for a better bike lane improvement.

High decibel level, but lower stress compared to riding next to my kid on the other side of the lake, with only paint and plastic post separating kid bike from cars

Not sure why they stopped selling it in the US, but Decathlon makes a simple but useful overpant with integrated shoe covers. I keep a pair stashed in my panniers in case of heavy rain…

This has been a regular problem with this restaurant (here or on 65th in the morning). I’m thinking to write some Google review of the business as nothing else works …

Same problem on the other side: not 1 but 3 drivers stopping in the bike lane / bus stop. The Seattle Police cruiser passing by (after the bus), without doing anything was a good reminder that this is just business as usual…
