The lengths I am going to to try and improve from Long Covid:
There was actual ice at the top of my cold water immersion tub this morning! Thermometer said 1 degree C. I managed 1 minute up to my armpits. Unpleasant but I think it’s helping!

I think a lot about one of the most successful public health campaigns of my lifetime (in terms of behaviour change).
“Don’t die of ignorance” during the HIV pandemic.
I think many people will die or become disabled due to everyone’s ignorance about the damage Covid can do.

#LongCovidLooksLike taking so many meds you’ve got to order a bigger pill box. And choosing them all yourself based on minimal evidence, and not really knowing if any are doing you any good. #LongCovid

So I’ve spent most of today in bed, trying to rest, sweating, shivering, radiating heat, dozing, coughing, and feeling irritable.
Covid again! This is my 5th infection. It’s just not fair!

Blinking rabbit has escaped again. I’ve very definitely spent more time building fences for this rabbit than he has spent within them.

Today Peter has shown himself to be a truly rubbish pet. He spent the afternoon eating a house plant, evaded attempts to stroke him at the kid’s bedtime, somehow escaped this evening without my knowledge & has been sighted hopping down the road into the village.
