My 9th grade history teacher (varsity wrestling coach) gave me an F on my paper for claiming the G.W. Bush administration was lying about WMDs in Iraq. 2 years later, he tried to fist fight me in the hallway outside of his classroom.
americans would have a much better grasp of history if most high school history teachers weren't hired to be sports coaches and then given a default subject as an excuse for their salaries
