Utter bastard
United have received three sell on fees and the Sancho penalty fee from Chelsea. Multiple sources put the combined figure for that at approx £20m
The transfer window closes in less than two weeks — this is how much each Premier League club has spent, and received, so far this summer...

On Teddy Sheringham’s birthday, a reminder of his first day at Forest with new boss Brian Clough:

💬”He came walking down the corridor and said: ‘Ah you must be Edward Sheringham’. I told him I was, but I preferred to be called Teddy. He said: ‘OK, welcome to the club, Edward’.”

Would be great if he’d done that against Neuer in 2014
What a dink that was today, lovely stuff

Moyes did not come with a clear idea
Every manager post Fergie has come with a clear idea & ended up embracing the chaos - if Amorim buckles, he’s done already.

It’s another Ed and Dan who have a lot to answer for

I knew the aerial bit but not the detail. I fear he must have missed Scholesy’s equaliser
The other day my wife received this message on Vinted, which is amazing and, as she’s not from the UK, required me to explain who Rod Hull was

Things that are true:
- 6% of the UK is Muslim
- the UK is a Christian country - not least because its head of state is also head of the church
- religious freedom is protected in law
- Suella Braverman is a deeply unserious and unsavoury character
At a speech in the UK, at the Heritage Foundation, Suella Braverman has said that in 20 years from now the UK could be "the first Islamist nation with nuclear weapons" and "the greatest strategic threat to the USA".

Fully understand that the Glazers maxing out United’s finances is why they’re ultimately needing to get rid of Garnacho. Equally baffled that a club that’s ultimately only where it is today because it was bought by Putin’s pal is in a position where it can benefit from that.

Top half finish here we come
Lots of encouraging words from a few players and Amorim in the past couple of games, as well as the performances. Now, we need to see this same level of commitment at Old Trafford and showcase the quality against the lesser teams. No excuse to not at least get 5 wins from those next 7 fixtures.

Garnacho being sold should be out of the question. United shouldn’t be in a position where they need/want to sell their best young academy graduates - ever. I don’t agree with this idea he’s completely incompatible with Amorim’s system and unable to adapt, either. He’s 20!

🚨 BREAKING:

Napoli have offered Manchester United £38m including bonuses for Alejandro Garnacho. United are asking for around £60m. #MUFC [Alfredo Pedulla]

The clearest example that United don’t get decisions because the refs just don’t like Bruno. He gets officiated in a totally different way to any other player in the league and United need to be shouting about it
