There is a bit of a misconception about high temperature heat pumps, ie that they are much less efficient because they generate higher temperature water.

Turns out I may have been a little pessimistic about what the MRI report said...helpfully the GP has qualifications and can read it properly and says that physio and rehab and I should be able to get back to training in 3 months or so.

Coaching a kids team, you get to see how other adults coach and the one overriding thing I've noticed is that coaches influence the kids' behaviour more than they realise.
The coaches that behave like shithouses are showing kids that it's ok to be a shithouse and they behave accordingly.
