This is a must watch for ALL San Diegans. Love that he singled out how there’s no safe way to bike from North Park to Hillcrest. That’s just a complete fail.

Love that he singled out trying to safely bike from North Park to Hillcrest. Just the example I would have chosen. I refuse to bike on University anymore -

2/ Ex: I biked from the South Bay to this CicloSDias, and don’t frequent City Heights. I’m familiar with the Tower Bar, but, had never tried Key and Cleaver, the amazing Burger Bar nearby. They fully embraced the event, with a live band out front, handing out their amazing fries. I’ll be back!

Great CicloSDias in City Heights today! Stark contrast between the unsafe streets traversed to get there compared to the blissful safety of cruising car free on Uni. Then, there is the dark, tragic, irony of a six year old getting mowed down by a hit and run driver on this same street last night -

@Bob I don’t follow Allison too closely, and don’t have strong feelings about her either way, but, anybody who served from Aug 92 to Nov 95 was awarded the National Defense Service Medal for Gulf War service. She is a Gulf War Vet. And, let’s remember that Iraq never stopped shooting at our pilots-
