The Trump administration isn't just lying about reasons to murder Americans, it is lying about those murders too.

Donald Trump claimed that this murderer, calmly and ably fleeing the scene of his crime, was hospitalized with injuries.
Reality keeps ruining the script…

TRUMP: A professional agitator ran over an ICE agent who barely survived.

THE ICE AGENT: not only looks uninjured physically, he seems mentally fine, not shaken up, unbothered, walking away from the scene.

MacCALLUM: You have about 100,000 dying from drug overdoses, most of those drugs from from Venezuela and other places

CROW: That's actually not true. The majority of the deaths by drugs in America are the result of meth and fentanyl. Almost none of that comes from Venezuela

The Epstein Files Transparency Act is a law, passed by Congress on November 19 with an overwhelming vote. Complying with it was not optional. The Department of Justice did not comply.

I want to make sure this is very clear.

One last fucked up 2025 scoop—FEMA has begun issuing termination notices to CORE staff (appointed under the Stafford Act, ordinarily extended for 2 years) effective Jan 2, agency sources tell me. Sr leadership was asked if they could be given more notice but Acting Administrator Karen Evans said no.

Elon Musk promised a lot of things by 2025

- colonists arriving on Mars
- xAI achieving AGI
- Tesla robotaxis serving half the U.S.
- completely driverless robotaxis

none of them happened

Musk is now infamous for his false promises, but even this is excessive.

Oh bullsh--

If I use more than 000.05 seconds of a theme song from a 5 episode Japanese superhero show from the 70s in a YouTube video, a robot from Sony Music Group can takes away all my ad money. We already have the mechanisms in place to police ALL of this, we just need to redirect them.

This administration is in the midst of failing the American people in so many ways, of course, but if you need one stark example of that failure then you can find it in measles. When I wrote this post way back in March of this year, it was our first Techdirt post done on the disease in over 11 years.

Anytime these guys show up a daycare center, the managers should immediately start filming and tell them to stop behaving like pedophiles and trying to access children without their parents’ permission. Publish their photos and names
A bunch of weirdos with a documented party history of pedophilia who are in the middle of covering for Epstein want to hang out at child care centers. Fucking freaks. And we should say so.

this seems specifically designed to break mail-in voting (where deadlines are defined by postmark)
As of 12/24/25, USPS changed policy on when they postmark mail. Mail dropped off is no longer guaranteed a same-day postmark. Tax returns & other time-sensitive items are now stamped when they reach a regional processing center, which may be days later. Plan deadlines accordingly to avoid penalties.
