You remember Clay Higgins, who voted no on releasing the Epstein files? He's second from the right, shaking the hand of former cop Leon Boudreaux who was found guilty of child rape and incest. Leon Boudreaux is the brother of Deon Boudreaux, the Port Barre police chief, where Higgins used to work.
