Just an FYI: Medicaid fraud is rarely perpetrated by beneficiaries. The fraudsters are almost always the doctors and CEO's that administer Medicaid. For example: when a doctor charges the government $600 for an $8 breast pump and pockets the cash and the third party administrator takes a cut.

I think Biden has made plenty of good decisions. I think his decision to expand the scope of the pardon power in unprecedented ways, right before Trump is set to take office, might go down as the worst decision of his presidency. Maybe even a catastrophic one.
