Every person on Bluesky should know:
* Every post on Bluesky is PUBLIC forever
* Every post on Bluesky is archived by ICE, NSA, and many other agencies
* Even if you delete a post, it’s already been captured
* Judges don’t care if you were “kidding” or being ironic

Random Youtube short:
"Don't you wanna tape off your webcam for security reasons"
"Yo, it's Linux the camera doesn't work"

This has me laughing so hard for a minute.

So we are back to this old song and dance? You can't make one backdoor without being a backdoor for the rest. Did the FBI not learn this lesson after Salt Typhoon!?
Guess we need to roll our own backups, and go back to locally backing up iPhones on computers with iTunes. www.forbes.com/sites...

If you're not using email aliases for every account you probably should be. It's scary how much information someone can find just from knowing your email. Especially because most people use the same email for everything.

Look for yourself: pentester.com
The Pentester Dashboard allows non-technical staff to review findings related to the company technology and data leaks such as passwords. Technical users have a separate dashboard which provides detailed results, and instruction on how to mitigate items found.

Reusing the same password is a well known bad practice nowadays, but I don't often hear people caution against using the same usernames.

You can find a lot of information about someone just by scraping their username.
