SO annoying, lol! My gyno said that it’s the best thing to help even out the hormonal fluctuations that cause symptoms and I have to say that she was right

My gyno recommended bee pollen, which I didn't try, but there are some studies that support its efficacy with hot flashes. My worst symptoms were sleep disturbance (without hot flashes) and extreme irritability, and both my gyno and primary doc recommended a daily walk, which did help.
