1. A landmark study was just published in The Journal of Pediatrics.

It found a 68% reduction in suicidality for trans youth getting HRT.

It also found only 7 of more than 400 stopped taking HRT... and of those that did, 4 still identified as gender-diverse.

This is anti Welsh and I have cancelled my holiday in the Lake District. Why would I want to go somewhere that hates tourists? This I just going to put people off......etc etc.

Pulled a load of small and pest damaged carrots. Didn't want them going to waste so cleaned them up, diced some, and cooked the rest down into puree for soup and other dishes. Managed to get two bags of diced, and two bags of puree for the freezer. 🥕

They’re running Under Milk Wood as originally broadcast, for the first time, this weekend on R4 Extra. Obviously, it’s brilliant. And I highly recommend a listen. It still sounds amazing; truly timeless. The most dated bit is the credits - but, oh, those character names.
