It's nice to not be in the factory anymore but so far this job is 99% filler work. Literally just doing practice work and one day a week we have actual work.

Recently got a new position at work and moved from third shift to first.
Today multiple ppl are ready to go back to the plant floor bc we lost our third shift differential.
We were told we'd be moved to a day shift, obviously we'd lose our third shift differential... I can't

I think a huge reason I fall back to comfort shows is because I simply feel overwhelmed by the number of TV shows and movies on my "to watch" list.
I spend so long browsing to find something to watch then just end up on a comfort show.

Got the job! Start on the 29th and I'm super nervous because I've never done factory work but I'm sure I'll get it pretty quickly.

My assistant manager was whining that nobody respects them...well because we don't.
Everyone starts with a baseline level of respect and you go up or down based on that. This manager has never once shown me a reason to increase my respect for them.

The first pallet I bring out was leaning really bad, so I took all my turns really slow. Didn't matter because the entire top half of the pallet fell over and made a huge mess.
