It’s a great platform for us, but my business partner really gets their logics and we’ve been able to build some amazing databases for NGO clients we work with. I know it’s not for everyone and every project. I hope it gets better and more intuitive for you!

Avenir and Sabon are my go tos, but I’m using Karo for a report project I’m working on and it’s lovely, readable in all weights and has both condensed and expanded versions.

We've learned that it's often easier here in Barcelona to just have vegan and vegetarian friends come to our house for a meal. We're neither, but we can definitely manage something tasty for our friends who are.

I make this gingerbread every year to give to my neighbors for Christmas. Always a winner!

Knees should track out over the toes, but never go forward beyond the toes whether you are in narrow or wide stance. (This is also true for lunges) Butt should never go lower than knee level.

As you rise up, push through the heels and keep the pelvis tucked and shoulders back.

Hope that helps.

Former weightlifting coach here.
Good squat form starts with tucking your pelvis in, pulling shoulders up, back then down, brace through the core.

As you start your squat, make sure your heels are pushing into the ground as you lower the body. Keep shoulders over the hips, don't lean forward.

End of Watch
Stephen King
⭐⭐⭐

The final book in the Bill Hodges trilogy. Brady Hartsfield returns for a spooky, supernatural finale, a psycho-killer for real this time out. Bill has his work cut out for him. A fitting end providing an open runway for Holly Gibney to strike out on her own.

Finders Keepers
Stephen King
⭐⭐⭐

The second book in the Bill Hodges trilogy. This was actually my favorite of the three. King often misses with his female characters, but his kid characters mostly ring true and authentic. Good pacing and a great final act had me glued to the end.

My daughter has a degree in International Affairs and Policy and is currently working one day a week as a prep cook, then does Door Dash to supplement her non-existent income.

Even “entry-level” positions in her field ask for 1-2 years experience, which, how the f does that work?

Bat Eater and Other Names for Cora Zeng by Kylie Lee Baker
