Commercial litigator, sometimes constitutional law professor, in Nashville. Number one fan of @emilypassini.bsky.social (💍) and @predsnhl.bsky.social (🏒). RTs = proof of life. Not your lawyer. But seriously, don't get your legal advice from social media.
Not sure why X wouldn't have suspended my account for many past posts mocking the buffoonery of Trump's tariffs, but I woke up this morning to my account being suspended for unspecified "inauthentic behaviors," whatever that means. I have no confidence in the appeal process. Guess I'm here to stay!

Counterpoint: Wikipedia is backed by the Tides Foundation and is therefore fine and doesn't need your $5 to save it from anyone.

Weirdly, Bluesky now tells me that I have an "Invalid Handle" - the same handle I use on all social media. Are y'all seeing that flag on my posts, too?

Hi new followers, with my apologies, I don't post here often, but I do enjoy reading some folks who left Twitter when Elon Musk bought it and reactivated Trump's account.

Anyway, here's my favorite iPhone photo of the Green Day show in Nashville at the end of the summer.

How're we doing this fine football Sunday in fall, Bluesky?

That's certainly not Bluesky's fault but mine. Anyway, here's a picture of Ernie's new-ish sister, Tammy, the scourge of my slippers.

Howdy, friends. I'll probably post here infrequently until the platform is a little more robust. For all its foibles and failures, Twitter has really desirable functional attributes, especially Tweetdeck. Hoping for something like that here. Until then, here's a picture of my puppy, Ernie:
