Sorry to hear this. From what I gather Heat Geek have recently changed their process, which might help if you decide to try them again. It's seems they are the best at it (or use one of their Elite installers)

Tim flagged that London Gateway (the UK’s largest container port) can’t increase its rail freight share - or decarbonise it fully - without electrifying a few short miles of branch into the port. But there is still no funding for this, so we are left with diesel locos chugging through London.
