Distilled from Penn Brewery’s St. Nicholas Bock these little bottles of Wigle’s St.Nick have become a holiday tradition for me. For me, it’s got the sweetness of a nice clementine with some clove spices. Happy Christmas everyone! #whiskey #craftdistillers #pawhiskey

Had the inspiration to make an English Cottage Pie tonight for dinner, but wasn’t thrilled with the idea of using ordinary ground beef, so upgraded to some beef short ribs. Seared and ready to go into the oven for a few hours before constructing the pie. #cottagepie #beefshortribs #homecooking

This time of year means whiskey gift sets. My go-to are the boxes with rocks glasses. This one from Maker’s Mark is a nice addition to my collection. The etched surface is well done, with my only criticism being the light bottom. Always appreciate having a hefty bottom in hand. #whiskey #bourbon

If I may suggest, forget about the pricey challenger cast iron pan. You can pick up this cast iron roasting pan for about $50-60. I bake all my sourdough loaves in this. I flip it upside down, slide the loaf onto the inverted lid add a large ice cube for steam, then put the bottom on as lid.
