Can anyone explain the value of having someone on a panel show that just casually lies like this? What benefit is it to the audience? This isn't a difference of opinion on whether cutting taxes will be stimulatory or something, its just outright lying about objective reality.

I am not a lawyer, but I believe Jimmy Kimmel has "standing" to bring a massive lawsuit against Donald Trump, the FCC Chairman, and ABC over a clearly unconstitutional abuse of power to target a citizen whose speech they didn't like.
