Landlords have no accountability. If there's mould in an apt, they can evict someone, slap a coat of paint, and re-rent for a higher rate.
Now I'm homeless and can't rent anywhere because its $2k for a 1 bedroom and I'm a family of 4.

It's disturbing to think an elected official would make false claims (though not unheard of unfortunately)
It's prudent the Premier disclose where he heard this info from. If it was hearsay, he can apologise for spreading false info
Who wants to bet there won't be an apology, just a double down?

Speed limits are a hot topic, whether in rural areas or urban centers.
The difference between 110 kph and 120 kph is....2 mins.
Every 10 km increase in speed increases the likelihood for serious to fatal accidents
Is 2 minutes worth it?

Following a five-week survey, the Alberta government is looking to increase the highway speed limit from 110 km/h to 120km/h through a “mini trial” next year.

My brain goes a lot faster than my fingers. So by the time my fingers have caught up to my brain, I've forgotten where I was going.
And I type 100wpm...my brain feels like twice that some days

I've said it before, if you have to use this clause you shouldn't be doing what you are.

As Canada moved to have its own Constitution there were concerns that the proposed Charter of Rights would be too powerful. It was meant to be a last resort. The "nuclear" option. 1/5

People love to hate on Meghan.
She kept her rings on, had her nails done, and wasn't wearing gloves when prepping her turkey

I have never worn gloves to dress a turkey, rarely take my ring off.

The difference is, I'm not working in a restaurant..and neither is she. Leave the poor woman alone

"Students aren’t being taught to think more deeply but to prompt more effectively."
Education has been heading downhill for decades. Students aren't taught to learn, they're taught to pass a test. This leaves out dozens of kids in each class who don't/can't learn in a cookie cutter way 1/3

This is such a tricky topic.
On one hand, kids shouldn't have to even think about beauty standards
On the other hand, hygiene is important to start early, and good habits (sunscreen, washing face properly) is important. Copying mom and her beauty routine isn't new
The marketing on this is critical
