The biggest question I have is:
What does affordability mean?
Do they mean based on avg rent
or
min wage?
my guess is: affordable only for those with dual income and no kids

Bike lanes. Increase in Transit that's actually on time and regular. If people can drive to work in 20 mins and can bus to work in 45mins...they're going to drive.
I work in Burnside. On a good traffic day I can drive to work in 5-10 mins. 30mins on a bad day.
Bus will take min 50-75 mins. 2/2

Whether you identify with your sex or not.

The only thing these laws do is make it harder for kids to be kids. They now have to be activists and advocates for something that should be as simple as girls wants to wear pants and boys should be able to wear skirts 5/5

Restricting gender-affirming care is the worst argument.
If Timmy wants to get gynecomastia (male boob job) because his friends tease him and he's uncomfortable, he's allowed.
Any surgery that makes you feel more comfortable in your gender is gender-affirming surgery 4/5

Let's be clear. No one cares of Alexander goes by Alex but if Suzie wants to go by Scottie, that's an issue.
Banning women from sports is not new. What I find hilarious is that "female" athletes often outperform "male" ones. So who's getting a benefit here?3/5

However, it seems some govts have decided to use it to strip away the rights of those they deem as "less than" or "other"
In this case, police names & pronouns in school, ban transgender girls from participating in amateur female sports, & restrict gender-affirming health care for youth < 16. 2/5

And he's not wrong!
AI has created a host of issues - from cheating to grading papers to assessing for AI cheating and being wrong
As universities move to further use AI instead of faculty, our institutions are going to continue this downward trend, at the expense of our kids 3/3

AI, while having many positives, is bound to make this worse.
My own teenager (gr 11) has been assigned several tasks using AI to create a slideshow, to write an essay, etc.
But they're using free trial software
He's complaining that he isn't learning, he's just decorating 2/3
