🤦🏻♀️On the radiator cap of his car. How. Why. What. Oh right, Pennsylvania. I wonder if that was a local/county dude. Staties have to go to the academy. They used to have to have college credits, but not anymore. Maybe a car care class is in order. Or, I dunno, leave repairs to the motor pool mechs?
